【深海メダカ（Shinkai Medaka）】 is a variety that, when viewed from above, appears to have a deep blue color reminiscent of the ocean visible through its body. This enchanting color evokes the depths of the sea.

【深海メダカ（Shinkai Medaka）】 has a blue-based body color, with a beautiful blue glow in the peritoneum when viewed from above. This feature is referred to as "peritoneal blue." It is distinct from the expression called "peritoneal light."

【深海メダカ（Shinkai Medaka）】 is considered a variety derived from the marine blue variety of medaka, which is itself a derivative of the Mikiyuki medaka. This variety has had its external light removed.

The characteristic of this variety is that with the removal of the external light expression, a deep blue color reminiscent of the ocean remains within its body.

Although it appeared relatively early in 2010, it was initially a rare variety with limited circulation.

We will ship within 14 days.
We may cancel your order if, for example, we are unable to secure eggs.

We will ship the product after the payment is completed. The shipment will be an international delivery from Japan (via EMS or FedEx). The containers used for international shipments are over three times larger (90ml) than those used for domestic shipments in Japan, reducing the likelihood of total loss even if hatching occurs during transit.

- The images shown are of the parent medaka.
(Please note that the offspring may not necessarily develop the same patterns.)
- We will ship the eggs in vials containing methylene blue solution.
